<p>PURPOSE:To exhaust gas sufficiently and carry out good molding by forming a gate for injecting molten resin into a cavity on a site corresponding to the other side of a pocket of an upper gas forming thin wall section on one side. CONSTITUTION:A direct gate 28 is formed on a movable template 24 corresponding to the other side of a pocket 13 on an upper case 8. When the gate 28 is supported and molten resin P is injected into a cavity 27, the resin is first filled in a site of the cavity 27 corresponding to a thick wall section 2 of the upper case 8, and then filled successively into a site corresponding to a thin wall section 15. The gas generated at that time flows in one direction in a manner of crossing the cavity 27 corresponding to the thick wall section 2 because of the pressure of molten resin P. The gas in a narrow place is sucked into the flow of gas and exhausted securely to prevent the generation of unfilling, gas blister, gas burning and the like to be generated by the residual gas at the time of molding.</p> |
