PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminate excellent in the quality of the surface of a copper foil by molding it of a top plate where cushion material of polyimide fiber cloth is arranged. CONSTITUTION:Prepregs 3, which are made by impregnating substrates with resin and drying them, are stacked, and metallic foils 4 are put on the outside surfaces to make a laminate, and plural sets of such laminates 5 are stacked and laminated through plats 6 with the edges aligned to make the content, and this content is put between a top plate 1 provided with a cushion material 2 is arranged, and a carrier plate 7 providing with a cushion material 2 is arranged. Then, this set is heated, pressed, and molded between hot platens 8 to manufacture a plurality of laminates at the same time. The cushion material 2 needs to be polyamide fiber cloth, and polyamide fiber cloth of threefold to fivefold fabric is especially desirable. Plates such as the top plate 1, the carrier plate 7, etc., are made of iron, copper, aluminum, or the like, or alloy consisting mainly of these materials. |
