PURPOSE:To obtain the subject snack food impregnated with a small amount of fat and oil component by utilizing a tulip bulb which was abandoned until now, treating the tulip bulb with a hot alkali, freezing the treated bulb and subsequently vacuum frying it. CONSTITUTION:A tulip bulb is immersed in a hot alkali water composed of a phosphate, etc., for removal of its harsh taste and pungent taste, subsequently frozen and fried using a vacuum fryer, etc., thus giving the objective food. |
