<p>Laminated electrically insulating products are made from closely adjacent layers of different insulating materials by applying the one layer on top of another and placing them between electrodes in contact with the two outside layers of the laminated prouct. An alternating field is placed between the electrodes and of strength 100 V/mm, and its frequency depends on the type of insulating layers brought into contact with each other, but at any rate is 1 Hz. The laminated product is held between the electrodes for several periods of the electric alternating field.</p> |
