PURPOSE:To secure a completely equal relation between the register means by producing a request to the related register means for registration of an additional register matter based on the result of discrimination and then registering formally the additional register matter registered tentatively with a register request. CONSTITUTION:A tentative register request means 4 gives the tentative register success information received from all register means including its own register means or the tentative register failure information to a register discriminating means 5. When the means 5 receives the former information from the means 4, a register unable state is decided. Meanwhile a register enable state is discriminated when even a single piece of tentative register failure information is received. A register request means 6 produces a request for the formal registration of the additional register matters which are tentatively registered in all register means including its own one in a register enable state. Then a register execution means 8 deletes the corresponding additional register matter out of a tentative register list 2 and describes the deleted matter into a register ledger 1. Thus it is possible to obtain a decentralized register management 1 system where a completely equal relation is secured between the register means. |
