<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate operator's operation and take a countermeasure rapidly even in emergency by switching screen displays only by designating a desired item with a locator on a screen by operating a mouse, and controlling facility equipments in the building, etc. CONSTITUTION:The centralized controller is provided with a display part 1, the mouse 2 used to move the locator displayed on the screen of the display part 1 and click the locator position, a central control circuit 3, a screen display control circuit 4, and a storage part 5 which is stored with control data on the facility equipments, etc., and the locator of the mouse 2 is moved to the display position of a desired facility equipment and click operation is performed to display the control state of the facility equipment. Consequently, switching to a screen display indicating the arrangement state and control state of the facility equipment can easily be performed on the centralize controller for the building, etc.</p> |
