PURPOSE:To fix quantitatively a process variable without error by constituting a correction loop, which can correct a heat transfer coefficient easily, for a simulation function generator and by obtaining the best manipulated variable supplied to a process control loop only by performing static operation once. CONSTITUTION:Simulation function generator 4' is equipped with a correction loop which corrects heat transfer coefficient K to supply an adequate manipulated variable to a control loop, and the deviation of metal temperature TM from its command value TMS is only applied to the output of generator 4' via integrator 11, so that K is automatically corrected. For this purpose, coefficient K is set roughly and the system is put in operation while water is fed by quantity W approximate at the rate where the system is always considered to be in a quasi balanced state. Then, coefficient K of generator 4' is corrected with the output of integrator 11 to obtain a corrected value automatically and the process variable of the process control loop is fixed without error all the time. |
