PURPOSE:To reduce the stock of assembly parts as far as possible, by arranging the delivery of assembly parts by the main body part which passes through the previous stage by the transfer quantity from the assembly stage of the assembly parts, based on the transfer quantity of the main body part transferred in the delivery necessary time of the assembly part. CONSTITUTION:The delivery arrangement of each assembly parts a, b, c, d is performed according to the car No. of the body 10 passing through the previous stage by the shift stage number N respectively than the assembly stage assembling each assembly part a, b, c, d, in other words, the car number of the body 10 transferred to assembly stages ST2, ST5, ST3 where those parts are assembled at the delivery scheduled time of those parts. Thus it can cope with even the case of bias being caused on the car kind and model, etc., of an automobile produced temporarily, also the stock quantity of the assembly parts (a), (b), (c), (d) in each assembly stages ST2, ST5, ST3 is maintained to the minimum necessary limit at all times respectively, and the stock quantity at the part delivery time can be made zero if delivery delay, etc., is not taken into consideration. |
