<p>PURPOSE:To prevent dangerous high-temperature boiling without stopping a hot water supply function completely and to eliminate the possibility of supplying cold water to a bathtub or the like by a construction wherein only a boiling operation of a can body on the water supply side is prohibited when a temperature control sensor in the can body is faulty, while boiling operations of this can body and a can body on the hot water supply side and further an automatic operation of hot water supply are prohibited when a temperature control sensor in the can body on the hot water supply side is faulty. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature control sensor 1-5 of a can body 1-1 on the water supply side is faulty, this fault is detected by a control board 12 and a program is executed so that a boiling operation of this can body 1-1 on the water supply side be prohibited and that the boiling operation be conducted only by a can body 2-2 on the hot water supply side. When a temperature control sensor 2-6 in the can body 2-2 on the hot water supply side is faulty, on the other hand, the control board 12 detects this fault and a program is executed so that all the boiling operations of the two can bodies 1-1 and 2-2 be stopped and that a function of automatic hot water supply be prohibited when an automatic device 10 for hot water supply is provided.</p> |
