PURPOSE:To add a protection function by providing two digital multiplex converters, an input/output signal centralized unit and a controller for switching control to one and the same shelf. CONSTITUTION:If an error takes place in a digital multiplex converter 111, the converter 111 sends a faulty signal 120 to a controller 116. When the controller 116 receives a faulty signal 120, the device 111 is turned off by a system switching signal 122 and the digital multiplex converter 113 is turned on ad the input/output signal centralized unit 115 is controlled to be thrown to the position in dotted lines. Thus, the device 111 is switched to the standby position and the device 113 is thrown to the active position. Thus, the protection function is added. |
