PURPOSE:To increase the response and steering stability of each wheel by controlling the operations of clutch units mounted on axle shafts of right and left wheels and positively controlling the rpm ratio of each wheel to a value for steered angle. CONSTITUTION:A rotation of an engine E transmitted to an axle shaft 18 at a front wheel side is transmitted to right and left front wheels FR and FL through respective clutches 11 and 10. Similarly, a rotation of the engine E transmitted to an axle shaft 19 at a rear wheel side is transmitted to right and left rear wheels RR and RL through respective clutches 13 and 12. In this case, the clutches 10 to 13 are controlled by an electronic control unit 40 through a hydraulic control unit 20 in accordance with detection signals at least from a steering angle sensor 55 for detecting a steered angle of a steering. Namely, by controlling the operations of the clutches 10 to 13, the rpm ratio of the wheels FL to RR is controlled to a value for the steered angle to control the transmitting driving force of the wheels FL to RR. |
