PURPOSE:To enable performance over a wide application range by using a memory by incorporating a backup memory which can be stored with all information, read and written by a control means and stored in the memory, and is backed up by a power source. CONSTITUTION:The large-capacity backup memory 9 which can be stored with plural groups of data for musical sound control over the operation of an electronic keyboard instrument is connected to a bus line 1 and the whole musical instrument is powered by a main power source through this backup memory 9. Further, a backup battery 10 which feeds electricity to the backup memory 9 when the main power source is turned off and hold its storage contents is connected to the backup memory 9. Consequently, almost all the operation of the electronic musical instrument can be stored in the backup memory and the performance is carried out over the wide application range. |
