PURPOSE:To obtain an optimum plan of a routine works by preliminarily determining evaluation measures between respective restrictive conditions and dividing each restrictive condition into stages and determining evaluation measures for respective stages. CONSTITUTION:When a plan making request comes from an operator through an input device 12, a plan making part 15 makes process plans in the order from the plan whose deviation from the reference value of a principal restrictive condition as one of restrictive conditions is smallest, and made process plans are evaluated by the contents of an evaluation table 14. Most highly evaluated one of made process plans is outputted as the optimum process plan to an output device 13. Thus, the optimum process plan is obtained in consideration of evaluation among respective restrictive conditions, evaluation of degrees of individual restrictive conditions, or the like. |
