PURPOSE:To make it easy to apply a slow-acting rotary shaft device to a small switching device by forming two hollow shaft bodies into one shaft on the same axis in such a manner as allowing rotation of one hollow shaft body relative to the other, the two hollow shaft bodies each having two rotating members such as double lids and the like. CONSTITUTION:A second hollow shaft body 53 is inserted into a first hollow shaft body 52 via viscous grease 70 in such a manner as being freely rotated and cap members 54, 55 are rotatably mounted to both sides of the second hollow shaft body 53. Torsion bars 61, 62 are installed by engagement in slit- shape holes 54a, 53f, 52d, 55a. The caps 54, 55 are rotated and the bars 61, 62 are twisted and initial torque is provided and then the returning of each bar 61, 62 is prevented by the engagement portion of each cap end and shaft end. Each of the caps 54, 55, the shaft 52 and the shaft 53 are inserted into a fixing member 7, an upper lid 5 and a middle lid 6 via keys respectively. The shaft bodies can thus be combined into one shaft for miniaturization and also initial torque is provided advance to the shaft so as to make easy the work of assembling the shaft device. |
