PURPOSE:To efficiently execute required totalization by deciding which is to be executed, adding totalization or subtracting totalization, based on a key code. CONSTITUTION:It is supposed that a product record group registering the sales amount of each product and a parts product record group registering cost price in each part out of parts used for the product are stored in a storage means (a). A totalization control means (d) additionally totalizes the sales amount of a product record using record data, i.e. a numeral code, whose adding information application is judged by a discriminating means (c) as a key code. On the other hand, the cost price of a part record using record data, i.e. Roman letter code, whose subtracting information application is discriminated by the means (c) as a key code is subtractively totalized. Thus, the data of plural records can be totalized while deciding which is to be executed, adding totalization or subtracting totalization, based on the key code. |
