<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a cassette cover opening device necessary for vertically inserting a tape cassette having a slide type opening/closing cover by providing the opening device with a tape cassette insertion detecting member and a slide cover opening member. CONSTITUTION:When the tape cassette 10 is inserted into a storage part 2 in the vertical direction, the leading part of the cassette 10 presses a cassette detecting pin 4 and the cassette insertion detecting member 3 is rotated. Thereby, the slide cover opening member 5 is also rotated and engaged with an engaging recessed part of the tape cassette into which a slide cover opening pin 6 is inserted, and when the cassette 10 is furthermore moved in the inserting direction, the slide cover 11 is completely opened to end the inserting operation.</p> |
