<p>PURPOSE:To effectively collect exhausted black smoke particulates and the like at low cost in a simple manner by separately disposing a collecting unit at the rear section of the muffler of a vehicle, and thereby taking every possible means such as the installation of a filter interposed between the muffler and the collecting unit. CONSTITUTION:A space in which a muffler pipe 14 and inlet ports 15 and 16 are situated has a means lowering temperature through an air flow of atmosphere. And a unit for collecting black smoke particulates and the like is made up out of triple layers composed of filter medium zeolite grains 13, filter cloth 12 of felt flannel, and of similar zeolite 11, which perform the filtration function of a filter 10. On the other hand, exhaust gas is discharged out of an exhaust chamber 18 to an outlet port. In addition, let exhaust gas flow through an intake chamber 17 and the exhaust chamber 18 with a blower 4 operated. Besides, a coupling 5, a flexible shaft 6 and a motor are connected to the blower 4, so that suction and exhaust are thereby performed.</p> |
