Cooking utensil is made of a stainless steel container of relatively thin wall thickness with a relatively thick bottom plate of Al or similar good heat conductible material and an at least partially magnetisable disc on the outer surface of the bottom plate. The disc is essentially of Ni (alloy) or at least has an intermediate layer of Ni (alloy) with an outer layer of stainless steel. |
