PURPOSE:To obtain the manufacturing method of molding having favorable external appearance by a method wherein resin film and a preformed body are formed integrally by blasting air in the preformed body. CONSTITUTION:At a mold 40, the clamping of which comes to an end, resin film 20 and a preformed body are brought into close contact with each other, since air is already discharged through a through hole 24. Further, by the compression of the vacant space 31 in the preformed body developed by mold clamping and the pressure of air blasted in the vacant space 31 through an air blasting needle 424, the resin film 20 and the preformed body 30 are urged against an outer front surface forming part 411 and a bottom surface forming part 421 without leaving gaps between them. Air, which is stagnant between the resin film 20 and the outer front surface forming part 411, and air, which is discharged to the outer front surface forming mold 41 side through the through hole 42, are removed through air vent holes 413. The projected through hole 24 provided on the resin film 20 is urged against the outer front surface formed part 411 by the heat of fusion of the preformed body 30 and the pressure of the air in the vacant space 31 of the preformed body 30 so as to be closed in order to realize the smooth outer surface of the resin film 20. |
