The invention relating to surgical devices has as its subject matter an instrument used in laparoscopic surgery. The device consists of, firstly, a cannula (1) adapted for receiving instruments and including channels for the flow of liquids, and secondly, a control handle associated with the cannula (1). Said device is characterized in that the series of channels (4, 8) opening onto the distal cannula end (1) are coaxial, the cannula (1) and the handle (2) being linked by means of a ball valve (11), the insertion of an instrument causing lateral displacement of the balls. |
