PURPOSE:To facilitate unjamming operation and to facilitate replenishing of recording paper by providing a head block case so that it is opened or closed with respect to a body case through a hinge means. CONSTITUTION:A printer case is split into a head block case 1 and a body case 2. The head block case 1 houses a print mechanism section while the body case 2 contains a recording paper containing section 2d, where the head block case 1 and the body case 2 are hinged through a hinge means 14 formed in front of the front of a printer so that the front part of the body case 2 is opened forward under a state where the head block case 1 is opened. According to this constitution, unjamming operation is facilitated and recording paper can be replenished easily. |
