PURPOSE: To enhance reliability by inputting a torque detection signal as a correction signal for controlling the acceleration torque of a motor and controlling or suppressing torque oscillation occurring on the shaft between the motor and a load. CONSTITUTION: A current signal corresponding to a torque detected through a torque detector 25 is used by a differentiation element being provided, as required, in a signal processing circuit 24 to compensate for the response lag of a detection system and fed back to an adder 26 provided at the input stage of a current controller 19. The adder 26 corrects a current command value delivered from a speed controller 16 by adding a current signal corresponding to the shaft torque to a current command value and delivers the sum to a first subtractor 18 in a current control minor loop. Since the current command value to the current controller is corrected correctly using a shaft torque signal measured by the shaft torque detector based on an actual physical phenomenon, acceleration torque of a motor can be controlled. |
