PURPOSE:To peel molds and a molded form easily by simultaneously conducting pushing-molding by an inner mold and an outer mold, vertically moving one of the inner mold and the outer mold and mold-releasing the molded form. CONSTITUTION:Each molding surface 2a, 3a of the inner mold 2 and the outer mold 3 is pushed simultaneously against a resin 5 applied onto a glass lens base material 4, a lens face having a desired shape is molded to the resin 5, and the resin 5 is cured through heating, UV irradiation or the like. When the inner mold 2 is elevated slightly and separated from the resin 5 or the outer mold 3 is lowered slightly and pushed into the resin 5, a space 6 is formed to the outer circumferential section of the inner mold 2. Since the resin 5 is cured previously at that time, restoring force intending to return to an original surface shape works, the resin 5 is mold-released gradually from the outer circumferential section of the inner mold 2, finally the contact areas of the inner mold 2 and the resin 5 are reduced, and the inner mold 2 and the resin 5 are mold-released by slight force. Lastly, the resin 5 is mold-released from the outer mold 3. |
