摘要 PURPOSE:To improve density without deteriorating magnetic characteristics, and obtain superior magnetic characteristics, by binding magnetic powder obtained by pulverizing and heat-treating quenched thin segments formed of alloy whose basic composition is composed of specific elements, by using a quenched thin belt manufacturing equipment, and spherical type magnetic powder having the similar composition, by using resin. CONSTITUTION:Basic composition of alloy is rare earth metal (at least one kind of rare earth element containing Y), iron Fe, boron B, and inevitable impurities of manufacturing. A quenched thin segment is formed of said alloy by using a quenched thin belt manufacturing equipment. Magnetic powder obtained by pulverizing and heat-treating the quenched thin film and spherical type magnetic powder having the similar composition are bound by using resin. The spherical type magnetic powder is obtained by using a quenching solidification method such as a gas atomization method, a rotary electrode method, and a centrifugal atomization method.
