Container (1) comprising a rectangular opening (3) which can be closed by a vertical door (8), the said door (8) comprising grasping means (14), reliefs (10) located on its lower section and fitting into corresponding housings (5) located in the bottom part of the opening (3) and reliefs (12) located on its upper section fitting into corresponding housings (7) located in the top part of the opening (3), characterised in that the door (8) is provided with a fluid-tight seal (15) which is applied against the periphery (16) of the opening (3) when the door (8) is in position and in that the upper reliefs (12) consist of two horizontal pins which fit into two horizontal housings (7), each provided with a notch (13), the said notches (13) preventing the pins (12) from coming out when the door (8) is pushed upwards by the lower horizontal section (17) of the seal (15). According to a variant, springs (18) are provided to push the door (8) upwards when it is closed. Very simple door, very easy to operate and providing good fluid-tightness. <IMAGE>
