Trolley mounted slide tool with a rotatable draw rod for the removal of the tools and their holders, fitted into cable sheath and wire extrusion presses. A turntable for swinging the slide tool round is provided and the slide is fitted with a locking device for stopping the draw rod from rotating. The use of the above tooling facilitates changeover of dies, etc. in extrusion presses.
