PURPOSE:To improve stretchability and air permeability by melt mixing a specific compsn. with an air permeability improver, forming the compsn. into a film, and stretching the film. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. comprising 100 pts.wt. polyolefin resin (e.g. a low- density PE), 1-50 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester-polyether elastomer, and a thermoplastic polyester resin (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate) having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.5 or lower in an amt. of 25-90 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. the elastomer is melt mixed with an air permeability improver selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, ethylene-(meth) acrylic ester copolymer, ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid-acrylic ester copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer, and ethylene-maleic anhydride-acrylic ester copolymer, formed into a film, and stretched. |
