PURPOSE:To eliminate shading of color completely by controlling the difference (Rmu) between the maximum and the minimum of the thickness of a fluorine- containing resin film to or below a predetermined value, and controlling the thickness variation rate (dR) per unit width of the film to or below a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A 'fluorine-containing resin' is not particularly limited but may be any thermoplastic resin that contains fluorine in the molecular structural formula thereof. The difference (Ru) between the maximum and the minimum of the thickness of a fluorine-containing resin film and the thickness variation rate (dR) per 1cm film width are specified. Ru is not more than 15mum, preferably not more than 10mum, and more preferably not more than 6mum; dR is not more than 10mum/cm, preferably not more than 8mum/cm, and more preferably not more than 6mum/cm. Method of producing the fluorine-containing resin film is not particularly limited, and any of conventional methods can be used, for example, a heat-melting method or a solution casting method. The method of production is suitably selected according to the intended use of a composite metallic plate, the resin used, etc. |
