The system is used in controlling the driving of textile machines. It has improved wear resistance, is easy to adjust and performs constant control. The system includes a mechanical part consisting of a driving disc (1), a winding shaft (2), a twining cylinder (3), a winding bobbin (4) fitted via a bobbin arm to the body of the machine (6), a filament conductor (7) and a compensator (8) with a contact position pick-up (9). On the winding shaft (2) is placed an electromagnet (10) in a cavity (11) with a spring (12). On the twining cylinder (3) is mounted a switch-off device (21) consisting of projections (22) and corresponding holes (23). The electrical part consist of the first and second delay blocks (13 and 17), a block for forced connection (14), a block for cleaning the counter (15), an electrical bobbin (16), a diode distributor (18), a block for information on ruptures (19) and a pulse counter (20).
