<p>PURPOSE:To sharply mitigate the performance reduction due to the radioactive damage by using an adsorbing body primarily containing an adsorption function body made of an organic substance in porous grains made of a metal or an inorganic substance. CONSTITUTION:The first-class through third-class amino group or fourth-class ammonium are preferably used for an adsorption function body introduced with anionic exchange group. For practical examples, the functional group expressed by -CH2-NR1R2 (R1, R2 indicate hydrogen, hydrocarbon, alkanol group, and aminoalkyl group) or the fourth-class ammonium group expressed by -CH2- NR1R2R3X<-> (R3 is the same as R1, R2 and X<-> indicates counter anion) is contained in the side chain of polystyrene or polyacrylamide or a compound having the heterocycle containing basic nitrogen as a functional group represented by vinyl pyridine or vinyl imidazole as a polymerization unit is used. When the disposal operation of the used nuclear fuel is performed with such inorganic/organic composite bodies, the deformation of the adsorption body and the reduction of the filling porosity rate can be prevented when the deployment flow speed is sharply increased.</p> |
