A moulded plastics clip (12) comprising a front leg (13) and a rear leg (14) joined in spaced relation by an integrally moulded resilient leaf (15), each leg (13, 14) having object engaging free ends, a portion (22b) overlying said leaf (15) and formed with teeth (20, 21) for engagement by a pawl (16) extending inwardly and outwardly from the front leg (13) to provide a ratchet (17), said leaf having an elastic memory such that said legs are spaced apart in the open position when said ratchet (17) is released. |
