CONSTITUTION:A turning lever 15 is secured inside a tire 3 so that the lever can be horizontally rotated together with a turning shaft 16. When a tie rod 22 is turned rightward to turn a vehicle, the lever 15 is rotated in a direction A and a rear movable rod 9 is moved outward against the elastic force of a spring 14. At that time, a front movable rod 8 is moved inward by the elastic force of a spring 13. A tire cover 2 is turned depending on the motion of the tire 3. In leftward turning, the lever 15 is rotated counterclockwise and the tire cover 2 is turned in the direction opposite to that in the rightward turning of the vehicle, together with the tire 3. |
