Wiper blade body (1) for a vehicle windscreen having a T-shaped open channel to receive a similarly T-shaped rubber blade in which the boundary ends of the channel are curved outwards. The rubber blade (5) has two sets of opposite longitudinal grooves (14, 15) which allow the blade to bend within the curved section of the channel. USE/ADVANTAGE - Wiper blade having a stable pressing force wqhich minimises noise when drawn across the windscreen of a vehicle.
