<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a wooden decorative board excellent in heat resistance and surface hardness by laminating a polyester film, a decorative film and paper to the surface of a wooden board so as ho position the polyester film on a surface side through the thermal wedling of a thermoplastic resin adhesive film. CONSTITUTION:A transparent polyester film 1, a decorative film 2 to which decorative printing is applied and paper 7 are bonded in this order and a thermoplastic resin adhesive film 4 is laminated to the rear of the paper 7 by extrusion coating to form a composite film 8 which is, in turn, superposed on the surface of a wooden board 3 so as to set the polyester film 1 on a surface side to be heated under pressure to bond the polyester film 1, the decorative film 2 and the paper 7 to the wooden board 3 by the thermal welding of the thermoplastic resin adhesive film 4.</p> |
