<p>The invention is a permanent elastic, flexible, safety and protective coating system. It consists of a bottom layer of a cross-linked copolymer foam with closed cells having a specific gravity of approximately 50 kilograms per cubic meter and a 2-component poly-urethane resin having an elongation value at fracture of 900 % as a top layer. The maximum water retention of the foamed bottom layer is less than 1 % (about 0,6 %) by volume when immersed in water. The coating system gives safety and hygiene in the different application possibilities, such like sports, fitness training, water recreation (e.g. surfaces of waterchutes and wild waterchutes, swimmingpools and the like) and industry (e.g. treat-tables, reservoirs for fruits and bottles and animal residences and the like). The coating can be applied in several manners.</p> |
