AN ARRANGEMENT FOR FIXATING AND POSITIONING A DISPLAY SCREEN FILTER

An arrangement for fixating and positioning display screen filters (1) on apparatus which include a display screen, such as display screen terminals and televisions, the filter comprising a transparent plate which is intended to be positioned in front of a display screen, between the screen and the viewer. The arrangement is particularly characterized in that it includes a fixating element (3) which is intended to be mounted on the upper side of the apparatus which includes the display screen, and extends in the width direction of the screen; a positioning element (4) extends in the width direction of the screen and which is hinged to the fixating element (3) such as to be pivotal about a first pivot axis (5) which extends in the width direction of the display screen; and a filter-plate attachment-element (6) extends in the width direction of the screen and which is hinged to the positioning element (4) such as to be pivotal about a second pivot axis (7) which extends in the width direction of the screen substantially parallel with the first pivot axis (5), thereby enabling a filter plate (1) attached to the attachment element (6) to be raised and lowered relative to the display screen and swung towards and away from the screen.
