The feed mechanism is for a press or other shaping machine having a cam-operated arm lifted, lowered, and moved horizontally to and fro. This can have front and rear adjusting motors(12), each acting via a spindle(13) on a slide(14) moving horizontally on the base, while a parallellogram linkage for the arm can be mounted on each slide.
