In the engine cylinder head (1) is an insert body (2) with a pre-chamber (3) comprising a ball-shaped combustion chamber (4) and an overflow channel (5) in the insert body throat (6). In the lower half of the combustion cahmber is inserted an insert pin (7) with a ball-shaped bulge body (8) so that it is opposite to the mouth (5a) of the overflow channel.
