PURPOSE:To prevent short circuits between electrode plates by rolling a sheet in such a manner that one end portion is thin and the other end portion thick, and narrowly notching the thin end portion, and widely notching the thick end portion of the sheet so as to form wires. CONSTITUTION:A rolled sheet 10 made of a material having fully expansible characteristic is formed by continuous rolling in such a manner that the thickness of one end portion thereof is T1 and the thickness of the other end portion T2(T1<T2). Wires 11, 12, 13, 14 are formed by narrowly notching the thin end portion, while widely notching the thick end portion. Expansion of the sheet 10 due to corrosion is thus limited by cutting by means of corrosion so as to prevent short circuits between electrode plates. |
