PURPOSE:To braze a plate member of heat resistant steel by forming a corrosion resistant layer on the plane of a heat resistant stainless steel, further, superposing a copper series metallic layer on the surface to make a flat plate member and superposing a corrugated member on that flat plate member alternately. CONSTITUTION:Corrosion resistant metallic plate layers 3 are formed on both surfaces of the heat resistant stainless steel plate 2, further, a copper series metallic layer 4 is superposed on the surface 3 to make a flat plate member 1. A heat resistant stainless steel material is formed in a corrugated form to make a corrugated plate member 5. The flat plate member 1 and the corrugated plate member 5 are superposed alternately, an assembled plate structure 10 is heated in a furnace and brazed with the copper series metallic layer 4 as a brazing filler material. Consequently, since the corrosion resistant metallic layer 3 exists on the surface of the flat plate member 1, wetability of the brazing material is not lost and brazing material having fluidity is retained under the surface of the flat plate member 1 and does not flow down along the corrugated fin. Then, fillets enough to stick the brazing material are formed by the surface tension both on the corrugated top and bottom parts. |
