CONTROL VALVE UNIT FOR HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism and reduce the cost of a control valve unit by providing a confluent and divergent valve in a valve body with which the loaded pressure oil of the 1st control valve at the 1st pump side and that of the 2nd control valve at the 2nd pump side can be merged and diversed. CONSTITUTION:The 1st control valve 3 at the 1st pump side and the 2nd control valve 3 at the 2nd pump side are arranged parallel to each other in a valve body 20. The 1st and 2nd oil lines 33 and 34 for detecting load are drilled in a spool 22 of each control valve 3. Drilled in the valve body 20 are a loaded pressure oil feeding line for connecting the 1st oil line 33 to a spring chamber 5a of a pressure compensating valve 5 in the 1st control valve 3 at one side and that for connecting the 2nd oil line 34 to the spring chamber 5a of the pressure compensating valve 5 in the 2nd control valve 3 at the other side. The connecting hole for connecting the above two spring chambers 5a, 5a to each other is drilled into the valve body 20 and connected and shut off by a confluent and divergent valve 19 provided in the valve body 20. Thus, the loaded pressure oil of the 1st control valve 3 and that of the 2nd control valve 3 are merged and diversed.
