PURPOSE:To produce liquid seasoning for retarding or preventing precipitation of crystal of nucleic acid in liquid seasoning having high salt concentration, having improved shelf stability and uniformity of product, by adding an oligosaccharide to the seasoning. CONSTITUTION:Liquid or pasty seasoning having 5-25wt% salt concentration, containing sodium 5'-inosate in an amount to give <=5wt% concentration and >=its solubility is blended with >=5wt%, preferably 5-30wt% one or more oligosaccharides selected from glucose, fructose, maltose, sorbitol, maltitol, mannitol, etc. |
