Wood laminates mfre - as continuous straight or curved profiles without overstraining any plies

Continuously coating an array of wooden strips with adhesive and progressively grouping the strips for hauling through a high frequency heater by a mobile unit whose movements are controlled to optimise the cure dwell and compensate for any curvature of the laminate. The heating chamber may also move with respect to the coating unit and/or the haul-off unit if necessary. Can produce laminates of great length, accepting planks end-to-end. The plies are allowed relative movement throughout grouping and bonding and then anchored by the high speed adhesive cure.
