摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust a resonance frequency finely by forming an adjustment film of a pattern, consisting of lines, dots or the both in combination, at one part of an electrode. CONSTITUTION:At one part of electrode 2, linear fine adjustment film 4 is formed by printing or in another method. The resonance frequency is decreased by setting properly the length and width of the line and the thickness of the film. When the line width and thickness of each fine adjustment film 4 are determined to provide 10kHz adjustment, for example, one fine adjustment film for 10kHz adjustment and two for 20kHz adjustment, facilitating adjustment to a desired frequency. The shape of fine adjustment film 4 is not limited to a straight line and using a pattern of dots, lines or the both in combination obtains the same effect.
