PURPOSE:To enable each employee in an office room to immediately find the place where another employee is or the like by connecting a display device and a time recorder by a cable and sending data of the managed present condition to the display device through the cable to display it on a display board. CONSTITUTION:A time recorder 1 is provided with a controller, and the controller 2 consists of a data processor 3, an attendance condition managing means 4, a present condition data sending means 5, etc. The time recorder 1 reads on employee code from an employee card and prints a name, the date, the time, etc., on recording paper or the like. A display device 7 is provided in a place distant from the time recorder 1, and the present condition data sending means 5 is connected to this device 7 through a cable 10 by a display control means 9. Thus, a display board 8 is provided in each office room to immediately and easily find that an employee is in the office or not or is travelling on official business. |
