The present invention relates to a device forming an epicycloid gear train. The device is characterised in that it comprises, interposed between each spider gear (14) and spider (11), friction means (17, 18) capable of attenuating the shocks (impacts) brought about by the take up of transmission play upstream of the epicycloid gear train.
