A percutaneous preparation containing estradiol as the pharmaceutically active ingredient and the following components as the base: (1) an elastic polymer of the formula (A-B)nX or (A-B)n-A, wherein A represents substantially a block of a monovinyl-substituted aromatic compound polymer, B represents substantially a block of a conjugated diolefin copolymer, n is an integer of 3 to 7, and X represents a residue of a polyfunctional compound to which are bonded n polymer (A-B) chains, (2) crotamiton, and (3) a water-absorbent polymer. It has a sufficient drug efficacy and does not cause redness or eruption.
