PURPOSE:To obtain hardened materials only by adding mortar to water, to simplify execution and to shorten an execution time by using fine aggregate having specific particle size distribution. CONSTITUTION:A mortar material consisting of cement, a rapid hardening admixture of cement and fine aggregate having 2.5 mm maximum, comprising 50-80 % particle having <=0.5 mm particle diameter is used. The mortar material is added to water, hardened and used, for example, to fix underground of utility pole, etc. Consequently, since kneading is not required, time and labor for kneading are not required, plants for kneading machine and paste casting are made needless and execution is simplified. Since the mortar material is hardened in several minutes, an execution site can be released in a short time. When the fine aggregate has >2.5 mm maximum particle diameter, the fine aggregate is readily separated during addition of the mortar material to water. When the amount of particles having <=50mm is <50 %, the fine aggregate is easily separated during blending of mortar and when the amount exceeds 80%, dispersion of water is bad and there is possibility of leaving unreacted part of cement. |
