PURPOSE:To avoid defective molding and nonuniformity in thickness in a molded product, by a method wherein at the time of hot cure, the hot cure is performed while cooling a region corresponding to a trough-shaped corner part of a molding sheet. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin solution layer 9 is formed on the top of a lower flexible film 72 comprised of vinylon, uncured base layer 8 is formed on the top of the solution layer 9, an upper flexible film 71 comprised of the vinylon is superposed upon the top of the layer 8 and a molding sheet 6 is obtained. A molding sheet 6 held by a holding frame 19 is arranged its lower flexible film 72 down, the holding frame 19 is put between a mold 11 and air- pressure box 12, air existing within a recessed place 13 is discharged through suction holes 14 and the molding sheet 6 is pressure-contacted with a molding surface S. Then a cooling air feed source 18 is operated, cooling air having the normal temperature is blown off through nozzles 17 each, abuts against a corresponding sphere 6c of a trough-shaped corner part of the molding sheet 6 to which heat curing treatment by potential heat of the mold 11 is applied and a main body 2 of a molded product 1 is molded. |
