PURPOSE:To continuously obtain a uniform raw rubber having small deviations in volume by connecting an inlet of an auxiliary screw to a storage chamber provided at an outlet of a main extruder having a main screw, wherein said inlet is in communication with said chamber, providing a cutter at a delivery port of the auxiliary screw, and providing a pressure sensor for controlling rotation of the main screw in said chamber. CONSTITUTION:In a rubber extrusion specified dimension cutting device 1, a main extruder 5 equipped with a main screw 2 and an auxiliary extruder 5 equipped with an auxiliary screw 4 are provided, wherein a cutter 7 is provided at a delivery port 6 of the extruder 5 and an inlet 9 of the extruder 5 is connected to a storage chamber 11 provided at an outlet 10 of the extruder 5. A pressure sensor 12 is provided in the chamber 11 to control rotation of the screw 2 of the extruder 3. In the main extruder 3, rubber L of room temperature, which is fed from a feed port 20 when the screw 2 is rotated, is sent toward the outlet 10 by the screw 2, while the rubber L is being kneaded by said screw. The pressure of the rubber in the chamber 11 is kept at constant pressure by means of the sensor 12 so that the rubber is sent therefrom to the extruder 5 under constant pressure and cut off by a cutter 7. |
